Welcome to High Flight Farm, a turnkey equestrian facility nestled in the middle of a unique community which has an airstrip. You’ll find a wealth of equestrian features offering everything imaginable. The three custom Morton barns have a total of 28 matted stalls and each 12’ X 12’ (11) or 12’ x 16’ (17) stall is complete with built in hay mangers, Nelson automatic waterers on consumption meters, box fans, and stall windows protected from weather by an overhanging porch. All barns are insulated (walls and ceilings), have automatic fly spray systems, multiple tack rooms, wash stalls with hot and cold water, laundry rooms, lounges, feed rooms, full or half baths, and storage rooms. All rooms are heated and cooled. Riding arenas include a massive 120’ X 120’ covered arena, a lighted jumping arena that is 150’ X 250’, and a regulation size 20 m X 60 m dressage ring. Your horses will also enjoy the 15 manicured grass turnout areas that range in size from 1/4 acre to 2 acres and are fenced with four rail Triple Crown fencing with 30 gallon automatic waterers. MAIN BARN – 14 stalls; large office space with kitchenette, half bath, storage closet; farrier station for vet or farrier with drive-up access; one bedroom complete apartment upstairs; efficiency apartment with full bath downstairs; staff lounge; full bath; cobblestone stamped concrete aisles; 2 small “show paddocks” at entry and in front of Main Barn; located next to jumping ring with viewing deck. TWIN BARNS - 7 stalls each; convenient access to small private paddocks for rehab horses; drive-up access for vet or farrier; covered arena located between the two barns; dressage arena located next to one barn. HAY BARN – 30’ x 30’; three separate areas for hay, bedding, stall cleaning equipment. WORKSHOP – 36’ X 96’; conditioned space with half bath; 4 XL garage doors. A custom, picturesque, split level, 3,718 +/- sq ft home, originally built as a caretaker’s home, is centrally located on the property with fantastic views of the grounds, buildings, and horses out of every window.
