Once upon a time there was a lot - a waterfront lake lot waiting on the right family. This lot was accidentally discovered one evening when the family got lost. They immediately cancelled the contract on another house and built their dream home upon this lot. Over the years this dream home grew. Decks were added, porches were added, craft rooms took shape, kitchens were updated, the back of the house was remodeled so that the beautiful lake could be seen from every vantage point. Bikes were ridden out of the driveway into the cul de sac. Gates were opened right onto the over two mile paved path/nature trail around the 55 acre lake. Parties were had on the numerous decks. Firepit Fridays and sleepovers and pizza parties. Glasses of wine watching the sun set. Steaming mugs of coffee watching the sun rise. Children grew and moved on, grandchildren came to visit. A childrens cottage in the style of the main house was built with window boxes, a painted floor and a loft. A detached yoga studio was built off of the main deck for the grandmother to offer her beloved fitness classes. As the parents grew older, a second primary bedroom was added on the main level with a handicapped accessible primary en suite so that aging in place was possible for them. Grandchildren have grown, children have scattered and now this waterfront dream home owned by one family is in need of a new family to enjoy it. To look out over the lake from the bedrooms upstairs, to gather together around the table for meals as the sunlight plays upon the water, to scrapbook or teach someone to sew in the terrace level craftroom, to play in its cottage, to use the yoga studio as an art studio or a man cave or a teenage hangout. To join the swim team or the tennis team. To walk the nature trails, to hike down to the river. To make new friends at the elementary school inside the subdivision. This lake front beautiful enclave with detached studio and childrens cottage is waiting for you.
